The right type of engraving for anilox rollers and anilox sleeves in process printing or combination printing as well as for printing jobs with demanding solids.
Cutting-edge laser technology makes it possible for us to introduce highly efficient cell structures into the ceramic surface of anilox rollers and sleeves, with unparalleled quality. This makes INOlox® anilox rollers/anilox sleeves an outstanding solution for process printing, combination printing and printing solids.
INOcell® hexagonal 60 degree
INOcell® hexagonal 60° engraving is a multifunctional engraving type that can be used both for fine resolutions in a high line range and for low resolutions with high volume and substantial ink transfer.
INOcell® elongated 75 degree
With its special cell structure, the INOcell® elongated engraving typecombines high line numbers with substantial volume. This results in anincrease of the inking roller of the anilox roller by up to 30% (HD Flexo).This means that this engraving is particularly suitable for solids, borders, lines and texts as well as mechanical colours.
INOcell® hatching 45 degree
The INOcell® Hatching 45° engraving is ideal for expanding the standard engraving area in full-surface printing and for coating. The open cell structure enables a high and very good transfer, such as is required when printing white areas.
INOcell® cross-hatching 45 degree
Due to its open structure, INOcell® cross-hatching is particularly well-suited for transferring large amounts of ink onto the substrate. Theapplication area of cross-hatching 45° engraving includes the transferof high viscosities (e.g. glue).
Reduced scorline formation and outstanding results in flexographic and digital printing
We use specially-developed polishing standards for all our INOlox® products to improveperformance and service life.
To ensure the highest possible levels of INOlox® quality, we have developed a standardised process to improve the quality of our engravings. Our manufacturing processes use three different quality standards, each of which is specially designed to suit specific applications and usage cases. Applying these standards helps to increase the cell wall contact patches for our engravings. Our quality standards reduce the risk of score lines and make both the surface and the doctor blade more durable.
