INOshaft^® CFRP shafts

CFRP printing cylinders and shafts that are suitable for machines from all manufacturers and for all types.

We aim for high performance from the start. When all printing unit components works in an optimised way with no disturbing vibrations or performancelimiting effects influenzing the entire system, only then perfect printing performance can be expected. The enitire system is only as good as ist first component – the shaft. This is exactly why we aim for the highest level of quality and we start with the first printing component.

INOshaft^® CP – Ecoline

INOshaft^® CFRP shafts are the basis for excellent print quality in flexographic printing. Using modern lightweight materials which enables the specific printing speed to be increased, while vibrations in the printing unit are significant decreased. This results in reduced printing errors, bouncing and therefore less service time than comparable components made of steel.
CP Ecoline is the beginning of our CFRP shaft series, which is setting new standards when it comes to performance, safety, quality and economic efficiency.

The Ecoline shaft is designed for printing speeds of up to 400 m/min.

INOshaft^® CP – Proline

INOshaft^® CP Proline is our entry-level into the high-end performance range. A CFRP shaft, which we have designed for printing speeds between 400 - 600 m/min.
The manufacturing of high-quality materials and a CFRP laminate designed with high requirements in mind creates the perfect basis for first-class results in flexographic printing. High machine speed with reduced risk of printing errors and boucing are the benefits using the Proline versioin.
The Proline CP is also available in a hybrid version, as a pneumatical and hydraulical clamping shaft.
This enables the additional production possibility by using hydraulic adapters for difficult printing jobs.

INOshaft^® CP – ProXline

INOshaft^® CP ProXline – CFRP shafts are the top-performance shafts in our product range and are designed for peak performance processes up to 800 m/min and higher.Perfect for every working width and format, and at the same time individuell designed with the best materials to secure optimal performance.The combination of product stiffnes and high dampening reduces vibration in the printing unit and prevents bouncing as well as printing errors.INOshaft^® CP ProXline shafts are the ideal solution for the highest level of process requirements and ensure that the machine’s performance is fully utilised. The pneumatic shaft is also optional available in a hybrid design, as a pneumatic and hydraulic clamping version.
This enables additinal use of hydraulic adapters for special dificult print jobs.

We take the advantages offered by CFRP and use these advantages for flexographic printing

We use CFRP for the development and production of our INOshaft^® CFRP. The advantages of this material in flexographic printing are demonstrated quite well with our CFRP shafts and air cylinders. An optimised laminate structure ensures maximum form stability in the printing unit.
 Our CFRP shafts shows significant improved damping properties and reduced vibrations in the printing unit compared to steel.
