INOshaft® CFRP shafts
for flexographic printing
INOshaft® CFRP shafts
High precision and damping at high speeds in flexographic printing
Our INOshaft® CFRP shafts aid the simple assembly of printing plate mounting sleeves, pneumatic CFRP bridge adapter or anilox sleeves. Our CFRP shafts demonstrate excellent printing results, particularly at high printing speeds, and help your production process to utilise its machine performance capacity. The integrated damping system reduces vibrations in the printing unit and creates first-class print quality at high levels of utilisation and fast printing speeds.
INOshaft® CFRP shaft – Product dimensions
Adapted to all pressure adapters, plate mounting sleeves, face lengths and flexographic printing machines.
Our INOshaft® CFRP shaft are adapted to the individual requirements of each customer's printing process. The dimension of the air cylinders for your printing machine is dependent on the printing adapter, the plate mounting sleeves used, the face length and the type of your flexographic printing machine. All of these system parameters are recorded by us and form the basis for the optimum CFRP shaft.
Flexographic printing shafts made of CFRP instead of steel
We take the advantages offered by CFRP and use these advantages for flexographic printing
We use CFRP for the development and production of our INOshaft® CFRP shafts. The advantages of this material as a basis for the construction of innovative components in flexographic printing is demonstrated very well with shafts. On the INOshaft® CFRP shaft, an optimised laminate structure ensures minimal total deformation in the printing unit. In direct comparison to steel products, our CFRP shafts feature significantly improved damping properties and reduced vibrations directly in the printing unit.
INOshaft® CFRP shafts are used around the world
Here you can find a selection of customers who successfully use our INOshaft® CFRP shafts in flexographic printing units or use them as standard original equipment in flexographic printing machines.
